Cardiovascular Disease

The advances in treating and preventing cardiovascular disease are amazing, especially in the world of advanced lipid screening (blood tests you can have done through me) and in the world of nutrition.

The diet of choice for preventing and treating cardiovascular disease is the Mediteranean diet, which focuses of lots of fish, fruit and vegetables, 3 tablespoons of olive oil per day and lots of nuts and seeds.

The three supplements I always recommend for anyone at risk of cardiovascular disease are Magnesium, Fish Oil and CoEnzyme Q10.
